Published for a period of three months are contracts awarded following a restricted invitation to tender without a competitive bidding process or a negotiated award (formerly negotiated award) without a competitive bidding process with a contract value of €25,000 or more excluding VAT. These provisions only apply to national award procedures. Contracts following Europe-wide tendering procedures are published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
